"Ватная" педаль тормоза.

Ну знаю, панацея или нет, но вылечелось прокачкой под давлением в сервисном центре. А так то уже я думал главный менять..

А после замены как прокачивал?

 

Расскажи что за прокачка?? Сколько стоило??

 

500 рублей плюс тормозуха. Я не видел, в рем зону не пускают, суть такая: к бачку подключают тормозуху под давлением.

 

Это у офицалов такая мулька есть??

 

как обычно новая тормозуха и с каждого колеса пузыри ловил.

 

В москве уж точно можно найти такой станок. Я так понял, что если в гидроблок попадет воздух, то его от туда можно только так выгнать.
Зы приятель на пассате тоже мучался с тормозами ватными, туда же съездил педаль теперь каменная.

 

Как эта процедура точно называется??

Ща посмотрел по яндексу. Ни чего не нашел про такую прокачку.

 

Продаются такие крышки со шлангом, крышку закручиваешь на бачок с тормозухой, а шланг к нипелю на колесе и прокачивай под давлением

 

наверное, но 500р не ценник.

 

Да я бы и штуку заплатил, лиш бы ватность убрать.

Прокачивать тормоза (согласно Elsa) нужно именно с подачей тормозухи под давлением в 2атм., в Питере в Дилижансе используют бачок специальный - к нему подводится давление от шланга для пневмоинструмента, и в него заливается тормозуха, шланг накручивается на бачок - и вперед, по очереди откручивая штуцеры (в заданном порядке).
Но кроме этого, на системах с ESP Bosch 5.3 если проводился какой-либо ремонт или замена агрегатов, при котором воздух мог попасть в насос ESP - надо начинать прокачку тормозной системы с прокачки этого насоса ESP, делается это с помощью VAG-COMа - насос принудительно включается на 10 сек. Необходимо также делать эту процедуру под давлением в 2атм.

 

Вот этим наборчиком делаю на 1,5-2бара !

В тесте исполнительных механизмов включать насос? Или в группах где то?

 

Вкратце:
Прокачиваем тормоза обычным способом (или педаль или под давлением), соблюдая порядок:
ПП, ПЛ, ЗП, ЗЛ.
Дальше цепляем VAG-COM:
03 (Brakes) => Login:40168 => Basic Settings
Открыть левый передний штуцер
ввести номер группы 002 - помпа ESP включится на 10сек.
Закрыть штуцер.

Please note:

A pressure of at least 2 bar is required for bleeding the ESP hydraulic unit. Therefore always check the pressure setting on the bleeding device.

First, all of the brake calipers are bled using the conventional method, but in a different sequence.

Afterwards the ESP hydraulic pump needs to be bled. This is done using the fault reader.

The fault reader is used to actuate the hydraulic pump for 10 s.

Special tools and workshop equipment required

◆ V.A.G 1869 bleeding appliance.

‒ Connect V.A.G 1869
‒ Open bleeder screws in the specified order and bleed brake calipers (assist as required with pedal pressure).

1 - Front right brake caliper
2 - Front left brake caliper
3 - Rear right brake caliper
4 - Rear left brake caliper
‒ Keep bleeding the calipers until clear, bubble-free brake fluid emerges.
‒ Close bleed screw.

‒ Open the brake fluid reservoir.
Note:

The brake fluid reservoir must be kept adequately filled to ensure that no air can enter the brake system from the reservoir.



‒ → With the engine running and the bleeder screw on the rear right brake caliper open, use the brake pedal to pump brake fluid out of the reservoir until the level goes down as far as the opening for the hydraulic clutch connector hose.
‒ Collect the used brake fluid in a suitable container. Close bleed screw.
‒ On vehicles with manual gearbox the clutch slave cylinder should also be "flushed" with new brake fluid.
At the same time, note the following:

‒ Connect V.A.G 1869 but do not switch on yet.
‒ Open bleeder screw on slave cylinder.
‒ Attach collector bottle hose.
‒ Switch on the bleeding appliance and allow about 100 cm3 of brake fluid to flow out of the clutch slave cylinder.
‒ Close bleed screw.
The following steps apply to the four brake calipers.

1 - Front right brake caliper
2 - Front left brake caliper
3 - Rear right brake caliper
4 - Rear left brake caliper
‒ Fit bleeder hose leading to brake fluid collector onto bleeder screw.
‒ Open bleeder screw and allow about 250 cm3 of brake fluid to drain out.
Pumping in new brake fluid flushes the used brake fluid out of the system.

‒ Close bleed screw.
‒ Check pedal pressure and brake pedal free play. Free play: max. 1/3 of pedal travel
